Iris is a Registered Psychologist and seasoned organization development practitioner with a strong track record in talent assessment & development, organization development, and change management. Prior to founding Aptus, she was the head of Organization & Talent Development, Internal Communication at CLP Power Hong Kong Limited.

 

She is an accredited coach of the International Coach Federation and a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management.

 

Iris holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Master's degrees in Applied Psychology, and Occupational Psychology. She speaks fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

 

Her clientele includes property developers, public utilities, multinational conglomerates, statutory bodies, start-ups, and financial institutions.  Her customized solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client.
